I wouldn't spend much time with PHP, personally... it's unlikely to ever
evolve beyond a server-side scripting language, and you already know how to
use one of those.
With ASP and Java, OTOH, you get to develop a skill set that might be
helpful elsewhere. If you pick up VBScript for ASP, for example, you've
taken a (small) step toward understanding the basics of full-blown VB... and
MS has big plans for ASP.NET, so it could be interesting.
And if you're fond of Allaire and their tech roadmap, learning Java would be
a handy way of picking up a new skill whille buttressing the ones you
already have.
