I hadn't even thought about the date issue... but yeah, what a can of
worms. A standard would be great but then the problem arises of *which*
standard to use. FuseDocs are primarily for humans to read and
understand, and humans are so *particular*.

Which is also why the idea of having FuseDocs separate from the file
wouldn't work for me... the whole point is that they are right there for
the coder to work from.
