Hello Jane, Post Office requires Zip + 4 + Delivery Point + Checksum(Check Digit) This information will have a string of twelve (12) characters, that when the FusionPro AdV PostNet Barcode is applied will create the correct barcode.
There is a template in the FusionPro software named "PostNet Barcode Rule" which is designed to assist you in building your barcode. Simple click "FusionPro", "Edit Rules", "New" "PostNet Barcode Rule". Depending on your version of FusionPro, a dialog will appear for you to select the field(s) from your data file to help you create this rule. You then will simply insert the rule name to the position in your variable text frame where the barcode will appear.
