Let me thank you for you help.
I seem to have gotten in a bit of trouble with having posted out here, when
Alex was looking at it too.Let me assure you, I am not trying to waste
anyone's time.
That being said, When I tried you last suggestion, It generates just a
numerical answer, and validates fine.
However, it made me think and I went and opened our TXT file, and sure
enough.... We have 2 empty spaces in the field when there is no Delivery
Point. I'm betting that is our problem.
It's trying to generate those...
Our IT Guy here was able to take the standard rule, in XML, and tweak it to
trim those spaces. It works for now, but I think that we'll look at
eliminating those spaces though.
