I think this wording is a Freudian slip that spills the beans
about the true intent (and actual activities) of the billionaires,
so my suggestion is to KEEP using the term "culling" which DESCRIBES
the deliberate and rational (and highly objectionable) process applied by
humans (even alleged "philanthropists") to humans.

The "four horsemen" is just a religious concept -- i.e. they don't exist,
like the "invisible hand of the market" it's just a propaganda tool by and
for the perps to hide behind, fooling the gullible masses they're screwing.
It's actually Predators with enough money/power who plan and do the culling.
For the stated "reasons".

Chris
