According to MacTracker that 333 MHz iMac has 512K cache so yes, that 
might account for the difference.  Also, going from 266 MHz to 333 MHz 
is only an increase of 25%.  That's not that big a jump, it's really 
just on the edge of perception.


My Wallstreet was my first computer running OS X.  I ended up using it 
more than my somewhat faster 7500, both because it was a laptop and 
because it was running X.


BTW, MacTracker is generally considered the best source of info on Mac 
models. It's downloadable from www.mactracker.com.
