Hey,
I have an iBook G3, 366MHz with 576 MB SDRAM running OS 10.3.9
I have replaced the speaker recently, up-graded the ram, purchased a
new battery and I am very pleased with its surprising performance.
However I have a problem with the A/C power port. I have to wiggle
the cable once it is plugged in until it lights up orange (charging
Mode). And I am afraid that eventually I will not be able to charge
it no matter how much I play with the A/C port. The problem doesn't
seem to be with the A/C power cable, but rather with the IBook A/C
port. Does any one know anything about the i book g3 clam shell rack
charging system? So I can just charge it from the alternate A/C port
on the Bottom of the computer? If so, How can I get one of these?
Help,
Bill Gates
