Get a good pair of fine tweezers or hemostats. I have both straight  
and curved-tip hemostats in my arsenal. Hit a local hobby shop or shop

You will run into the odd non-ferrous screw, but otherwise there is no  
place in any modern computer so sensitive to magnetism that you cannot  
use a magnetized screwdriver.

Mine are all magnetized.
