Having worked on several, the iFixit is more than adequate. They detail each step and are good about telling you about the hard parts such as when you have to press hard and so on. I just went through this the fourth time on several iBooks. The first time I just set the screws out in order as I removed them. I ended up with one extra screw because I didn't realize where it went as I was reassembling. The next two times I taped the screws to the iFixit take apart instructions in their place on the pictures. This is kind of a pain though. The last time I used a parts box with many bins. As I removed screws I marked each picture with the bin number I put the screws in. The instructions on the page are clear enough about which screws go where.
