thank you for your interest and answers.

I took nestamicky's tip and found out, he is right.
Now the Pismo will startup in every way.
I also set in the RAM-modules so it might have been that reason too,
but mainly it is your idea, I believe.

Yet another question:
The region of the processor gets very, very hot.
Is that normal or might it be a signal that anything is wrong with it?

I don't remember my Pismos became so hot and I also don't remember the
fan being activated.
As I took another motherboard too, I don't know much about the fan on
that board.

Do you have experiences in that direction too?
