The Wallstreet depends on a DVD drive and a hardware decoder card to read DVDs. If you have both of these in your Wallstreet it should read a Tiger DVD no problem. You can only watch a DVD movie in OS9 - you cannot do the same in OSX on a Wallstreet. Later versions of Powerbooks like Lombards and Pismos rely on software to do this conversion not hardware.
