I tried to reboot this machine following the instructions. Did not
work. Did I mention that I am running Tiger 10.4.6. I can not update
or add anything to this computer if I can't reset the Pass Word.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Ron Lavender

I think this will help you. BTW I want a 400 processor for my Wally ,in
case you want to go back to a 300MHz.

So, this machine has an "after market" 400MHz processor. What OS is it
running?
If a version of OS X, boot from your install disk and reset the
password.

Sorry I think I broke the thread with an early AOL machine
Are you sure you have a Wallstreet?
Go to this Apple site and search "change short name" This will
do it for you and will not lose anything. easy to do. You need a OSX
start disk. If you have a problem with it when I get home I'll send
you the link. I do this a lot.
