Would someone please explain. I downloaded a new version/copy of Outlook Express from www.microsoft.com/mac/ as a member of this list suggested.
BEFORE opening the stuffed download, I threw away OE preferences (I could not find any outlook extensions. Then I emptied the trash containing my old version of OE with its corrupted in-box. Nevertheless, when I unstuffed and opened the new OE, it contained my old addressed, all the things in the old deleted box and still has a corrupt in box which makes everything disappear.
