Many hi tech mac gurus here. Besides conflict catcher you will need a "Norton like" repair app. Conflict catcher is great at just that, conflict catching, but does not repair or optimize. Two excellents apps are: Mac Care Unit, which includes conflict catcher which you already have but also has diskwarrior and disk optimizer, both excellent by Alsoft. My second choice equally as good for repair is Tech Tools Pro. Tech Tools is substantially cheaper and you already have conflict catcher so I reccomend Tech Tools Pro. I have and use both Tech Tools and Mac Care. You WILL need it, probably sooner than later!!!! best to order now from your preferred vendor.
