I read a lot about the Norton nightmares folks were having so I got conflict catcher and while it takes a while to "catch the conflict"with 3 kids and 3 pets, I can find plenty to do while it merrily goes along it's way. I had back surgery 2 weeks ago so I'm home for another 4 weeks and I've read this religiously during the day. I just can't express how much I'm amazed at the wealth of knowledge and eageriness everyone displays to help other mac users. You certainly don't find this type of family atmosphere on any PC or Microsoft site!. thanks again. Ron in Austin
