Thanks Michael.  I know I probably sound like an idiot, but I also thought
that the "plug and play meant you could plug anything into the machine and
run it.  I think I installed the last mem stick while it was running and
then restarted the machine.  It showed up alright on the memory window so I
thought I did it right.  You guys on this site are just a wealth of
information and practical knowledge that would take weeks if not months of
reading manuals to ascertain.  I am really amazed and certainly can attest
to how welcome I've felt asking even "dumb" questions.  Hoepfully, I can
learn this system and be able to help folks as well as you and all that have
helped me have done.  There could have been something else going on,
whatever it could have been, I wouldn't know.  Once everything is running so
smoothly, I always believe "if it ain't broke don't fix it!!!"  Right now,
with exception to getting a littlle more space on my hd, I'm as pleased as a
pig in @#@#! LOL  thanks all for your help and wonderful and timely advice!
