Hi, Another thing that works pretty well and smells good too is Oil of Wintergreen. Available at most Pharmacies where it's used as a liniment. Loosens up people too... Apply sparingly and let sit for awhile, then wipe off. I've used it on ImageWriter, StyleWriters, and LaserWriters too. Usually have to go buy a pack of chewing gum afterwards but that's a small price to pay. Not as good as 'Rubber Renu' but much cheaper and easier to find.
