Thanks for that little bit of information. In OS X, I went to system preferences and chose International. Under keyboard, I added 'British' and viola, an American Flag appeared on my Menu Bar. If I click on it, I can choose between U.S. Or British (of course I choose US). And now my Mac is more Patriotic! Thanks for the tip.
