I use Eudora and it has an excellent filtering system.
(Highlight the spam message, go to Special/Make Filter, select
who/what you want to filter, select where to put it-trash, of course.
It's not possible to get them all because they use
nonsensical always changing names but they can be filtered pretty
effectively by subject (Lose weight fast!/ Get out of debt!/ect. can
all go to the trash).
