Correct on both accounts.

Maxtor's UATA/133 offerings are ex-Quantum drives, and all Maxtor SCSI drives 
are also ex-Quantum drives.

I like the DiamondMax Plus 60 as these were used in Apple's high-end (but not 
UW-SCSI) machines.
