I tried turning off appletalk , websharing , fileshareing , ftp access ,
Turned off Dave , unpluged belkin usb hub , moved keyboard to usb port on
cpu from port on studio display ,shut off memory checking from OS 9.
And only cut 10 sec. From boot time
It takes 2 min 35 sec to get to the login hangs during happy mac with
spining disk.
I timed OS 9 boot and got to the desktop in 1 min 35 sec!!!
So it looks to me to be something in software or OS X
I'm still stumped
