Well aside from the Linksys bashing which is getting me nowhere here..
I got the PC reinstalled.. Same deal, WinXP told me there was no internet
connection to activate the OS. Just like on the Mac (OS 9 not X), when I try
to login to the router using IE, I get the password prompt, but it wont
accept anything. Ends up giving me a red 401 error page. The router has been
reset about 40 times already and powered down and restarted the same, as has
the modem and the mac. The modem is not the problem here, as its now
connected to my Mac and Im using the built in PPPoE in OS X fine.

I cant think of anything other than some kind of power surge that may have
zapped it. I was playing Baldurs Gate 2 last night before bed and that was
it. Woke up this morning and now its dead. The router and my modem are
always on so if it was a power surge, I wonder why my modem still works...

I did see the Asante at the Apple Store in Glendale today..
Any opinions??
