Personally, I'm really enjoying iTunes. While it may not install unless you have USB (not sure if it does), it will work to simply copy the installed folder to whatever computer you want it on. It's fast (much faster than Mpegger) and easy to use. Works on my all three of my current systems (G3/450 beige, 6500/225, 7600/200), now I just have to decide which one to dedicate to an MP3 server.
Haven't done much in the way of divx, mostly because from what I can tell it is a very long drawn out process to turn a file into a vcd compatible movie. More than I was willing to do. > *** Sorry for changing the subject but could you tell me what you use for > MP3 ripping on your Mac? > > BTW, anybody else into MP3 ripping (I guess so ;-) and divx-ing;-) on their > MAc's who feel like sharing their knowledge? :-) > > Zoran. > Hamlin 'I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with equality liberty and justice for all.' -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
