I thought I'd also add that I spoke to them and got much the same answer just after Jaguar was released. I did manage to glean that it's Apple's fault, they changed a large portion of the code that the IomegaWare drive intereacted with so it n0o longer senses locked disks and (presumably) won't read Jaz disks.
