You can't change the Level 2 Memory (L2 Cache) as it's on the CPU card.

Change the processor/CPU when you want to. It depends upon how fast you want
to go. Generally speaking you might get as much as a 25% overclock, but
doing so may also push the chip to it's limits. The more you overclock the
chip, the sooner it's likely to fail. You're better off leaving it at the
rated speed, or just over/under it.

Video, is again a personal judgment. It has little to do with the computer's
ability to overclock. If you're happy with the onboard video, then leave it.
