I hadn�t checked the floppy drive lately. Just now checked it by using it and all seems ok, except still getting type 13 crashes. Also just unplugged all unused and turned off peripherals to no effect.
I have also suspected the hard drive, which is the original 8.5 gig drive and have thought about replacing it. But I hate to take extreme measures if the cause is something silly that I�ve overlooked.
