I booted in OS X (Jaguar) and everything appeared to work. Toast recognized the Lite-on CD burner and CD mounted. But I lack the patience to use OS X. So I didn't try to actually burn anything; I suppose I will at some time just to see. On another note, one thing I wanted to mention as well, I read a review which says this lite-on model (and I assume after that) overcomes copy protection for those that like to be able to burn a copy of an audio CD for their car. I'm sure no one would use that feature for anything but that. Of course, I can't find that review in my history as I just read it yesterday.
