Stick in a blank CD.

OSX should ask you what you want to do with it.

Select Mount in finder.

Drag files to it.

Drag to eject icon on Dock, which turns into the radioactive symbol for 
CD Burner.

CD Burns. (most of the time...sometimes mine just goes off to never 
never land.)
