Yes, they are clear...but it's clear they aren't supporting some cards (providing updates for newer OS versions) they sold OEM to Apple for use in Macs. They're supporting their higher end, aftermarket cards, but not the ones that came as a factory install from Apple...possibly because Apple doesn't want to pay Adaptec to continue support?
