The beige G3/OS 9.2.2/USB card configuration seems to be one that does not work. I tried three different brands of USB cards in that configuration, all to no avail. All the cards work fine in OS 9.1 on my 7600/G3 and in OS 10.2.3 in my beige G3 (but never in OS 9.2.2 on my beige G3).
