Photoshop uses it for some filters, and I'm told that video editors like iMovie use it a lot. I'm happy with my OWC G4 450 (which runs at 466), which was a good deal at the price. I bought a combination card early on since I figured I'd max out the three pci slots on my minitower, which I have...video board, combo board and ATA card.
