The free Nisus Writer 4.1.6 has HTML macros that can convert a Nisus word processing page into valid web pages. (If not as feature-rich as newer versions.) Word Perfect 3.5e could do the same thing, but there is a difficulty in re-importing the output for corrections or changes.
