As far as everyday speed, the G3 will be a little faster ( plus with the 10x
multiplier you may be able to get 550-600 / or what ever bus your board
dictates. In general a G3/400 will be faster than a G4/400 in day to day
apps. The G4 on the other hand is made to handle more complex functions, so
when in apps that are made with Altivec in mind, the G4 is going to run
smoother than the G3. In my opinion, if you are running OSX with your 333,
then you need to get the G4. A 350 is about the min for decent smoothness.
If you are running OS9 and don�t care about OSX, then the G3 is by far the
better choice.

This is all just having to do with the nasics of G3/G4/OSX/OS9 stuff. I cant
speak at all concerning the different makers and if one is more Mac friendly
than the other or not.  Ive personally never owned anything by either, Ive
just always ended up with XLR8 products.

As far as price goes... I would assume, being New in Box this carries the
same warranty :
