I don't have this specific router, but the two I do have both use a
web based configuration page.  Does yours use one?  Can you reach it?  
To me, it sounds like the router isn't connecting to the cable modem.
The router could have lost its settings during the move.  Or, perhaps,
the router remembers too much... 
Anyway, I think you'll need to look at the router settings.
