Situation clarified. Nice trick with the boss. You may be truthful with us faithful listers, however... ;) I agree. More memory would be a plus. Maybe make the boss watches for all 30 mins of boot to convince him to get more RAM...

On restart it wouldn't boot at all, it couldn't find a bootable drive. So I
just reinstalled it, only takes half an hour or so. I figure its just not
gonna be happy unless i do get more memory.
