Well, I'm glad that you were amicable. If you feel taken, then it is up to you and only you to keep at it and let them know. I've never met a company that didn't want happy satisfied customers. Be specific and don't give up. So long as you remain courteous, a barrage of letters can be very successful.

Yes I did all that and was only getting results when I deal directly with Larry. I commend him for trying his best to resolve the situation with me. But I find it odd personally that this company would be willing to spend more money to solve this problem, when in fact it is only over a pittance of a $25 US credit.
OWC paid $40 US to have my original CPU board shipped courier which turned out to be the wrong board.
I didn't want to pursue the matter further due to the fact that it's a "TW" and OWC had already spent more money to try and satisfy a customer that only wants the $25 US credited back. So I gave up.
