Having been a phone tech support rep I can tell you that yelling and screaming does no good. Having lost my temper with my old credit card company I can tell you that yelling (this time me doing the yelling) does no good either. Generally, calls are recorded in some type of problem tracking program. If the person you talk to next sees that you got all hot headed last time you called they will treat you differently.
