Like it says, Toast Titanium 5.2 via the 5.02 to 5.2 updater;
I tried to burn an ISO image of a restore CD from Sun, got the beach ball of death in Toast 5.2, now anytime I start up Toast it just hangs pretty fast with the spinning beach ball.
I've deleted everything I can find that says "Toast" plus its prefs file; there are some "strings" files that I can't delete from the Finder, they are protected.
Any clues on how to reset this?
I can't use the Roxio support forums at the moment, I can't find where I put my old 5.0.2 CD and without that you can't register online. Apparently if after signing up you choose not to receive their spam, they also remove your access to the online web site. Nice.
Alrenately, is there some freeware burning software that supports SCSI that will let me mount and burn .iso images? I need to make a restore CD for a Cobalt Qube.
Have you run your disk repair utility or repaired permissions lately?
My Toast work great in OSX.
