Norton is a novice's utility that causes more problems than it fixes (it also causes problems so it can fix them thus validating your purchase). Couple that with the fact that there is no known Virus written for 10.2 or 10.3 and you really have no reason to touch any Norton products. Secondly, do you have any enclosures to install said drive into? Any other Mac's? How much data are you missing? -- Kyle H.
