Hi Bill, I'm the one who started this thread and Rad seems to have taken it off in a different direction. I did download and read the PDF file and from what I gathered from a cursory exam was that it says that YDL must be first. So is it possible to put the OS-X partition just within the first 8 Gb limit or does it have to be on the first physical partition? With the Mac now residing in it's new PC case, I have plenty of room to put another drive in, so would that be a better way to do it? I did see where YDL must be on the master drive in a 2 drive setup so how would that affect OS-X? On the PC I use a program called Boot It NG, which handles all my booting chores for the various operating systems I have installed. It works very well. Is there something similar for the Mac? Sorry for the confusion, that is why I'm doing this off-list. -- Just a message from Doug... -------------------------------------------- http://users.adelphia.net/~slugg0/index.html -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
