Well, I would have thought that with only Toast and the OS in use, even 96MB of RAM would be enough. I have an OS 8.6 partition with Toast 5 Lite on it, but I can only get down to 256MB RAM so I can't really test this theory. In fact, I ended up on the Nero site and they suggest causes ranging from bad CDs to dirty CD lenses and driver errors (it's a PC application).
