Mac Help crashes

On  my B&W rev2 "Mac Help" has begun crashing before the window 
contents appear. When I click Mac Help in the menu bar, a window 
opens. The word "Untitled" appears for an instant in the title bar 
and then vanishes. "Ask a Question" field is there, but is dead, and 
there is nothing below it in the main part of the window. Then after 
a few seconds, the window vanishes entirely.

What is weird is that this happens only on the Administrator's 
account, and not any of the other 4 accounts.

I Repaired Disk Permissions, but it didn't make any difference.
Any ideas?
