Indeed thinksecret.com is getting sued over the rumors! Where have you been?!? :) Actually that (that they are being sued for reporting rumors about the Mac mini) is a bit of a misconception. If I understand it correctly, Apple is not suing them for releasing rumors, rather they are suing them because (as they allege) the information was coerced out of Apple employees or some others under NDA, via some perhaps illegal means, such as paying them large sums of money. Industrial espionage type stuff. Of course these details I'm providing are effectively just rumor - don't sue me if wrong (or right!) :)
