An M3U file is actually a playlist file. It should be a very small text
file that contains the address(es) of the actual MP3(s). If you can save it
and open with a text editor (eg BBedit) you may be able to get the URLS of
the media files and download them.

Alternatively; look in your browser cache, possibly a copy of the MP3 will
be there.

If no dice, post the URL of the page.
