Yes, it is an Adaptec SCSI-2 card. I thought all macs had the SCSI plug on
board, is anything newer than this Blue/White G3 lacking the SCSI onboard? (I
mean G3 and G4 towers). I ask because I was told by someone that the G3 Beige
333 didn't have SCSI at all when I purchased it, and I opened it up to find
that the board indeed has a 50-pin plug. Although I am not using 50-pin drives
anymore.

About the 256M RAM, my 333 Beige has exactly that running 10.2.8 and Classic,
and it suits me fine, can run a big number of programs and I can't say the
computer demands more RAM. I've had at least 7 applications running at the
same time (including memory hog Limewire) and she seems to do just fine.
However will the Blue/White model require an upgrade of RAM for any special
reasons?

Thanks!
Lili
