It looks like I will have to upgrade my mac to OS X somehow. Do I need to install a newer ZIF processor(mine is 266MHz)? I will be upgrading memory to 768MB. Right now I can't find a good browser to use with OS 8.6. I do not want Internet Explorer. If that is what it takes I may as well sell my Mac. Plus my three button USB mouse only works with click, no scroll or right or left click available. Everything out there seems geared for OS X. Just like Microsoft who has abandoned their older operating systems. Venting and frustrated. Everytime I try and download Netscape 6.2 I am taken to a download Netscape 7.2. This does not work with OS 8.6. What did everyone do 4 or 5 years ago? I don't see that browsers have improved much just became more top heavy.
