I'm quite surprised that the PC100 RAM works at all, let alone reliably, most systems will choke on slower RAM than specified. Yes, you should definitely get a performance boost using all PC133.

I need to put a finishing touch to my original question.
I discovered tonight that OS10.3.4 System Profiler is not very accurate.
It shows three out of four slots being occupied with last slot being empty - even though my machine has only three slots, and also it sees two 256meg PC133 RAM sticks as PC100. This prompted me to ask the original
question in the first place.

Thanks to all who responded.
