I wonder...is it "MacBook" because Apple can't use "Power" as a prefix any more, because of some licensing thing with the PowerPC consortium. It doesn't have a "PowerPC" chip any more... But no, that can't be it, since they were "PowerBooks" even when they were 68K-based. ...And anyway, that would mean as well that when the promised Intel-based Power Mac tower form factor is announced, it will have to be called something like...what?
