Actually, with my glasses (my next prescription is a dog), I can't use
that. I use one of these:

Either way, most of the rodentia that we have been recommending,
whether belly up or down, are on the larger size. I just noticed that
Dan mentioned the one that has the dying tail is the pocket mouse. And
they are pretty small.
