I picked up a MS Intellimouse wireless mouse ... They claim 6 ' range, but I have gone to about 12' and still have perfect functionality.

And that, presumably is with wearing the special Apple "see your monitor clearly from up to 12' away' goggles...

why yes:

Oh, you people are evil. I'm recovering from the flu - trying to not cough my lungs onto the table. LOL Should never have watched that episode of Monk tonite. :)

Either way, most of the rodentia that we have been recommending, whether belly up or down, are on the larger size. I just noticed that Dan mentioned the one that has the dying tail is the pocket mouse. And they are pretty small.

Do you want to keep to a smaller mouse?

I'm using the pocketmouse because it was available. Not really particular as to the size of the critter, as long as it's comfortable. Been googling & froogling the ones you'all have been recommending. When I get to Microcenter, I figure I'll try 'em all - even a few trackballs (been 15+ years since I've used one).

Thanks,
- Dan.
